> The first night watch started out slowly, slogging through light winds. However, during the second hour, the wind came up nicely and has been slowly veering to the south, which is what we need. We're sailing along in dense fog, so driving is a game of feel and numbers. Staying on track takes concentration and we're all enjoying the challenge.

> Dinner was outstanding again, cheese tortellini with broccoli. Mother Hubbard, as she's affectionally called, has really outdid herself for this trip. The food she sent us off with is the best part of our day. The crew always sails faster on a full and happy stomach and we're all grateful for Mother Hubbard's culinary contribution to the team.
